These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the W-KINGCredits Rewards Program (the “Program”), operated by W-KING (“W-KING”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.For W-KING products in physical retail institutions or third-party websites (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, and other third parties), such products are not currently eligible for the accumulation of credits.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to any individual who is 13 years of age or older residing in the European Union, or 14 years of age or older residing in the United States (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

1.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of W-KING and its parent companies are not eligible to participate.

1.3 You must have a valid W-KING account to participate. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Program Overview

2.1 The Program allows you to earn “W-KING Credits” (“Credits”) through eligible activities, including purchases, reviews, and special events.

2.2 Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or assigned.

2.3 Credits are not a form of currency, property, or legal tender.

3. Earning W-KING Credits

3.1 You may earn Credits through the following eligible actions:

  • Purchasing qualifying products on w-kingaudio.com (Credits are calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  • Registering for a W-KING account (one-time welcome bonus).
  • Completing your account profile (one-time bonus).
  • Writing verified product reviews.
  • Participating in limited-time events, such as the W-KING World Cup Predictions Campaign.

3.2 Credits are only earned for orders placed while logged into your W-KING account. Credits will not be retroactively awarded for purchases made before the Program launch.

3.3 Credits are credited to your account 1 day after successful payment of your order, subject to no returns or cancellations.

3.4 Credits are not earned on:

  • Shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties.
  • Discounted, promotional, or gift card purchases.
  • Returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

4. Credits Expiration and Inactivity

4.1 Your W-KING Credits will expire if your account is inactive for 1 consecutive year.

4.2 An “inactive account” is defined as one with no qualifying activity (purchases, reviews, or event participation) during the period.

4.3 Expired Credits will be automatically deducted from your account and cannot be reinstated.

5. Redeeming W-KING Credits

5.1 You may redeem Credits for eligible rewards in your W-KING account under the “W-KING Credits” section. Rewards include discount coupons, exclusive offers, and limited-time prizes.

5.2 Redemption is subject to the specific terms of each reward, including minimum point requirements, expiration dates, and availability.

5.3 Once redeemed, rewards cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please verify details before confirming redemption.

5.4 Shipping for redeemed rewards is free in most cases. Separate shipping fees may apply to certain rewards, as stated in the offer details.

5.5 Redeemed rewards will be shipped separately from other orders. You cannot combine redeemed items with regular purchases in the same shipment.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

6.1 If you return or cancel an order, the Credits earned from that purchase will be reversed or deducted from your account.

6.2 Partial refunds or price adjustments will result in a proportional deduction of Credits.

6.3 If you return a product that was purchased using a reward coupon, the coupon will not be refunded.

7. Special Events and Campaigns

7.1 Limited-time events, such as the W-KING World Cup Predictions Campaign, are subject to additional terms.

7.2 Campaign-specific points earned during events will be converted to regular W-KING Credits after the event ends, unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Exclusive prizes (e.g., leaderboard rewards) must be claimed by contacting W-KING Customer Support after the event concludes. Prizes cannot be claimed before the event ends.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

8.1 W-KING reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion.

8.2 We may change the ways to earn or redeem Credits, adjust point values, or discontinue rewards without prior notice.

8.3 W-KING is not liable for any changes to the Program or expired Credits.

9. Account Termination and Abuse

9.1 W-KING may suspend or terminate your account and Credits if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have abused the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate bonuses.
  • Fraudulent activity, fake reviews, or manipulation of events.
  • Attempting to sell or transfer Credits or rewards.
  • Violating these Terms or applicable laws.

9.2 If your account is terminated, all Credits and unredeemed rewards will be forfeited immediately.

11. Governing Law
