How long will shipping take?

We ship from multiple locations around the world. For customers in the U.S., delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. For Europe and other regions, it typically takes 2–5 business days.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we do! However, please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 7–10 business days compared to standard delivery times.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed to ensure quick delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at support@w-kingaudio.com or via live chat within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or intercepted. We’ll do our best to assist you if the order hasn’t yet been fulfilled.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

If still not found, email us at support@w-kingaudio.com and we’ll start an investigation with the carrier.
Depending on the carrier’s response, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status via the tracking link sent to your email once your order is shipped. If you didn’t receive the tracking email, please contact us at support@w-kingaudio.com with your order number.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately, so we are often unable to cancel or modify them. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@w-kingaudio.com or chat with us online, we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

What should I do if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at support@w-kingaudio.com or chat with us online. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will update the address. Once it's shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and select European countries. You can check if your country is eligible for shipping during checkout by entering your shipping address.

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. If there’s any issue, our support team is here to help.

Can I pair two speakers for stereo sound?

Absolutely! Many of our models support True Wireless Stereo (TWS), allowing you to pair two units for a powerful 360° stereo experience.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Depending on the model, playtime ranges from 7 to 10+ hours. Battery life may vary based on volume and usage conditions.
