Support "chat" non-existent. Yet all claimed in the support webpage.
And the "24hr return on email" wasn't 24hrs.
When I did get an email response, W-King did resolve my issue.

Great speaker. Really good sound and volume is better than a lot of other products.
It's a good speaker for the price would definitely recommend. Only one small issue after using it for half a year, the speaker will disconnect from the app and I can't adjust the volume tillI resetting the app
Great sounding speaker. You can hear the high, mids and lows. This speaker has clarity and punch for a phenomenal price. I'll recommend this over JBL from a quality to price ratio. You can get 2 of these for the price of one comparable JBL and still have money left over!

Im a Florida girl. This speaker has been my companion for 4 years worth of beach days, camping trips, hurricanes, you name it. Sound is loud, bass is good. Battery works better if you turn the lights off. I have dropped it in water and it has still worked. Worth the money! Will buy again if my speaker ever goes out.
High quality sound and you can tell, the product itself is of great quality and it holds a charge for quite a while.
After two years of pretty hard use, this thing still works and sounds great. I take it offshore in a smaller boat; it has bounced all around in some rough water, gotten soaked with saltwater, and generally abused. It shows no corrosion and still holds a charge well. As for the sound, it's surprisingly good; highs and mids are crisp without being harsh, and the woofer makes a decent amount of midbass.
