Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: Orders typically ship same day or next business day.
  • Delivery Estimate: Standard Shipping usually arrives in 1–3 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Possible Delays

Most orders ship on schedule, but delivery can be delayed by severe weather, public holidays, peak seasons, or incorrect address information. If you believe your package is significantly delayed or lost and cannot resolve it with the carrier, contact support@w-kingaudio.com with your order details.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

  • Once placed and in-stock items begin fulfillment immediately, which usually prevents cancellations or changes (including address or product changes).
  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact our live chat or support@w-kingaudio.com as soon as possible. If fulfillment hasn’t started, we may be able to process your request.

Lost-in-Transit Policy (Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received)

If a carrier marks your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Nearby Areas: Look around your property (porch, garage, side door), with neighbors, or with your building’s mailroom/front desk.
  2. Wait 24 Hours: Packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early. Wait 24 hours before reporting missing.
  3. Contact Us: If still missing, email support@w-kingaudio.com and confirm the shipping address used at checkout.
  4. Carrier Investigation: We will open an investigation with the carrier. This may take 7–10 business days. We’ll keep you updated.
  5. Resolution:
    • If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, we will offer a replacement or refund.
    • If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address with valid proof, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
