2. What This Warranty Covers
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Accidental damage (drops, water damage, physical impact).
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the user manual instructions.
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the casing).
- Damage caused by non-genuine W-KING accessories.
- Products without a valid proof of purchase.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Support: Send an email to support@w-kingaudio.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".
- Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your claim and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Ship the Product: Send the defective product to the address provided by our team. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
