Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@w-king.com.

• Orders that have not been packed or shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
• Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be canceled. If your order has already been delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, including:

• Shipping address
• Product selection
• Quantity
• Shipping method

please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes can only be made before your order enters the fulfillment process.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for purchase before they are in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item for shipment once inventory becomes available.

Depending on the product, we may charge the full amount or authorize your payment method at the time of purchase. If payment has not yet been collected, we may charge the remaining balance when your pre-order is ready to ship.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been processed for shipment and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that estimated release and shipping dates for pre-order products are subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from W-KING, any applicable return shipping fees or carrier charges may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
