30-Day Money‑Back Guarantee — Hassle‑Free Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied. Undamaged products purchased directly from W‑KING may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason (excludes corporate/bulk purchases). Orders of more than 10 units are considered bulk and are not eligible for this guarantee.

Return Requirements

  • Include all original accessories and packaging.
  • If purchased in a “Buy One, Get One for $0.99” promotion, both items must be returned. Returning only one will reduce your refund by the MSRP of the $0.99 item.
  • Buyer pays return shipping for non-quality returns.
  • Returns that don’t meet these requirements may be rejected.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@w-kingaudio.com with your order number and a screenshot of your order.
  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with instructions and a return option:
    • Self‑ship: Drop the package at your local post office.
    • Prepaid label: We’ll provide, download, and print a prepaid label.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected at our warehouse and processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

Warranty — Quality‑Related Issues

Coverage

  • Quality defects on items sold by W‑KING or authorized resellers are covered under our limited warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
  • For defective items we will replace with a factory‑refurbished unit of equal value when available, otherwise a new unit. If replacement isn’t possible, a partial refund may be offered based on device usage.
  • Replacement items carry either the original warranty period or 3 months from replacement—whichever is longer. Warranties are void after a full refund.

How Warranty Claims Work

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or dated receipt from an authorized reseller).
  • Document troubleshooting steps and provide the defective item’s serial number and photos/videos showing the issue.
  • We may request the item returned for inspection. If you return the wrong item or fail to return the defective unit when requested, replacement warranties will be voided.

Timeline

  • Warranty claim requests must be filed within 90 days of opening the claim. Claims outside the original product warranty or beyond this 90‑day filing window cannot be processed.

When You Pay Shipping Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases:

  • Returns for reasons other than a verified defect.
  • Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Accidental returns, returning personal items, or unauthorized returns.
  • Returns found by QC to be in working condition.
  • International returns where shipping costs apply.

Liability & Exclusions We cannot cover:

  • Items without valid proof of purchase.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, water, extreme temperatures, improper operation, or third‑party repairs.
  • Free promotional items.
  • Data loss of any kind.

Additional Notes

  • If a carrier marks a prepaid‑label return as damaged or lost, W‑KING assumes responsibility. For buyer‑paid returns (non‑quality issues), the buyer assumes transit risk and W‑KING will not refund items damaged in transit.
  • For purchases not made directly through W‑KING (e.g., third‑party retailers or marketplaces), contact the retailer for returns and refunds.
