Orders typically ship same day or next business day.
Delivery Estimate
- Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days from our local warehouse.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with full tracking information the moment your order dispatches.Important Note: All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Transit timelines may fluctuate based on regional logistics conditions.

Possible Delays
Nearly all orders ship as scheduled, yet delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, national public holidays, holiday shopping peak seasons, incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, courier sorting backlogs, and unexpected carrier operational disruptions.
If your package faces substantial delays or appears lost, and you cannot resolve the issue directly with the courier, please email support@w-king.com with your full order number and shipping details for assistance.
Compensation for Late Deliveries
If your order fails to arrive within the stated estimated delivery timeframe due to logistics delays, we will provide a store discount coupon as a goodwill compensation after we resolve your delivery issue.
Order Cancellation & Modification
After checkout, all in-stock orders enter fulfillment immediately, which generally blocks order cancellations or edits (including address updates, product swaps, and quantity adjustments).If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our live chat or support@w-king.com right away. We may accommodate your request only if fulfillment has not yet begun.
Lost-in-Transit Policy (Carrier Marked Delivered, Item Not Received)
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please complete these steps first:
- Check surrounding areas: Inspect your porch, garage, side entry, lobby/mailroom, or ask nearby neighbors for the parcel.
- Allow a 24-hour waiting window: Couriers often mark packages as delivered ahead of actual drop-off. Wait a full day before submitting a missing package claim.
- Contact our support team: If the item is still missing after 24 hours, email support@w-king.com and double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout.
Resolution Process
- We will launch an official loss investigation with the logistics carrier, which takes 7–10 business days to complete. We will send regular status updates to you throughout the process.
- Two outcomes after carrier investigation:
Case 1: Carrier verifies the package is lost/misdelivered
We provide two options for you to choose from:
① Free replacement shipment of your original product;
② Full refund for your order.
Additionally, we will send an exclusive store discount coupon as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the unpleasant lost delivery experience.
Case 2: Carrier provides valid proof of successful delivery to your confirmed checkout address
We are unable to process refunds or free replacements for this order.
