Our top priority is your full satisfaction with every W-KING purchase.
For individual retail orders (less than 10 units), unused and undamaged goods bought directly from W-KING qualify for free-of-reason returns within 30 calendar days after delivery (calculated from delivery date, not checkout date).
This guarantee does NOT apply to corporate orders, bulk orders of 10 units or more, and goods purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
Mandatory Return Eligibility Rules
Your return request will be rejected if any of the below standards are not fully satisfied:
- Goods must remain unused, scratch-free and undamaged, shipped back with complete original retail packaging, all factory accessories, user manuals and bundled free gifts. Missing parts, obvious wear, physical damage or stained casing will lead to return denial.
- For bundle promotions such as "Buy One, Get One for $0.99": Both products must be returned together. If only one unit is sent back, we will deduct the full MSRP of the discounted promotional item from your total refund amount.
- Shipping & Tax Liability for non-defect returns: The customer bears all outbound return shipping fees. VAT, sales tax and original order delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We reserve full authority to decline return requests from users who repeatedly submit excessive, duplicate, fraudulent or abusive return applications.
How to Submit a Return Request
Refunds will only be issued after our warehouse team completes full inspection and confirms your returned items meet all return standards. Original delivery fees paid at checkout cannot be refunded.
- Send an email to support@w-king.com with your unique order number and a full screenshot of your purchase record.
- Our customer service team will reply within 24 business hours and share two return options for your selection:
Self-ship Return: You drop off the package at your local courier/post office and cover shipping fees for non-quality returns.
Prepaid Shipping Label: We generate a pre-paid return label for you to download and print (terms apply based on return reason).
Refund Processing Timeline
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will initiate your refund to the original payment channel. Refund processing usually takes 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, subject to your payment provider’s settlement speed.
Limited Manufacturer Warranty — For Quality Manufacturing Defects
Valid Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers factory material and workmanship defects for W-KING goods sold by our official store or certified authorized retailers.
Warranty service is only available within the original country where you completed your purchase.
When a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
- We will replace your faulty unit with a refurbished equivalent product of matching value where stock permits;
- If refurbished units are unavailable, a brand-new replacement will be provided;
- If replacement inventory runs out, we may offer a partial refund calculated based on your product’s usage duration.
All replacement units inherit the remaining validity of the original product warranty, or a minimum 3-month warranty period — whichever duration is longer. The entire warranty becomes void once a full order refund is issued.
Steps to File a Warranty Claim
- Provide valid purchase proof: order number, official invoice or dated receipt issued by an authorized retail partner.
- Complete all guided troubleshooting steps shared by our support team, and submit the product serial number plus clear photos/videos that clearly display the functional defect.
- We may require you to ship the faulty unit back to our warehouse for professional inspection. Your warranty claim will be canceled if you send incorrect items or refuse to return the defective product as requested.
Claim Filing Time Limit
All warranty service requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days after you first contact support regarding the fault. Any claims submitted after the product’s original warranty expiry or beyond this 90-day filing window will not be processed.
Scenarios Where the Buyer Covers Return Shipping Fees
You will take responsibility for all return shipping costs under the following situations:
- Returns submitted for personal preference reasons with no verified manufacturing defects;
- Warranty claims filed for products taken outside the original purchase country;
- Accidental misdelivery returns, returns of unrelated personal belongings, or unapproved self-initiated returns;
- Items inspected by our QC team and confirmed to function normally with no factory faults;
- Cross-border international return shipments with applicable courier charges.
All VAT and sales tax amounts are non-refundable in all warranty and return cases.
Liability & Warranty Exclusions
We do not provide return, replacement or refund compensation for the following items or damages:
- Products without legitimate official purchase proof;
- Goods purchased from unapproved, unauthorized third-party resellers;
- Parcels lost or stolen while in courier transit;
- Damage caused by customer misuse, accidental drops, liquid water damage, extreme hot/cold temperatures, improper operation or unlicensed third-party disassembly/repair;
- Complimentary promotional free gifts included with orders;
- Any form of stored personal data loss from speakers or audio devices.
Supplementary Shipping Risk Terms
- If you use our provided prepaid return label and the carrier marks your package as lost or damaged during transit: W-KING bears full liability and will resolve your refund/replacement.
- For self-shipped returns paid by yourself (non-quality return reasons): You take full transit risk, and we cannot offer compensation for goods damaged or lost while shipping back to our warehouse.
Policy Separation Notice
If you purchased your W-KING product from third-party marketplaces or independent retail partners instead of our official website store, all return, refund and warranty services must be handled directly through that retailer per their local policies.
