    In-stock orders are usually dispatched the same day or the next business day after payment confirmation.

    Delivery Estimate

    Both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping ship from our local warehouse near your country, so neither option requires long international transit or customs clearance waiting periods.

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days expedited delivery from this same local warehouse

    Potential Delivery Delays

    The vast majority of orders are delivered on schedule. However, delays may arise from extreme weather, national public holidays, major shopping peak seasons, incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses, courier sorting backlogs, and unforeseen carrier operational disruptions.If your shipment suffers significant delays or is presumed lost, and you cannot reach a resolution directly with the courier, contact support@w-king.com with your full order number and complete shipping information for further support.

    Compensation for Delayed Shipments

    If your package fails to arrive within the quoted estimated window due to logistics-side delays, we will issue a store discount coupon as a goodwill gesture once your delivery matter is fully resolved.

    Order Cancellation & Modification

    All in-stock orders enter the fulfillment pipeline immediately upon checkout, meaning cancellations or any modifications (address edits, product exchanges, quantity adjustments, shipping method changes) are generally unavailable once processing starts.Should you need to cancel or revise your order, reach us via live chat or support@w-king.com instantly after placing your order. We can only approve your request if your goods have not been packed or dispatched yet.

    Lost-in-Transit Policy (Tracking Marked Delivered, Parcel Not Received)

    If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your goods, follow all troubleshooting steps below before submitting a claim:

    1. Check all possible drop-off locations: front porch, garage, side entrance, building lobby, mailroom, or consult your neighbors, property manager or security staff.
    2. Wait a full 24-hour period: Couriers frequently pre-scan items as delivered prior to physical drop-off. Missing parcel claims will not be processed until this waiting period elapses.

    If the package remains unaccounted for after completing the above steps, email support@w-king.com and confirm the exact shipping address submitted at checkout.

    Resolution Workflow

    We will submit an official lost parcel investigation to the logistics provider, which typically takes 7–10 business days to finalize. You will receive periodic progress updates via email during the review.Two final resolution results based on the carrier’s official report:


    1. Carrier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered
      You may select one of the two remedies below:
      ① Complimentary replacement of your original item;
      ② Full refund of your order payment.
      On top of the above remedy, an exclusive store discount coupon will be provided as extra compensation for the inconvenience caused by the missing delivery.

    2. Carrier supplies valid signed Proof of Delivery (POD) verifying successful drop-off to your checkout address
      No refunds, replacements or extra compensation will be issued for this order under this circumstance.
