    Warranty Policy

    Thank you for choosing W-KING Audio. We are committed to providing you with high-quality audio products and exceptional customer service. This warranty policy applies to all products purchased directly from w-kingaudio.com or authorized W-KING retailers.

    1. Warranty Coverage Period

    Two tiered warranty terms apply based on your purchasing channel:

    1. Products purchased exclusively via our official website w-kingaudio.com: Covered by a 2-Year (24-Month) Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase, an exclusive benefit for direct website orders.
    2. Products purchased from authorized W-KING retailers (including official Amazon store, certified offline distributors): Covered by a standard 1-Year (12-Month) Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

    All W-KING audio products (including but not limited to speakers and audio accessories) follow the above channel-based warranty timeline.

    2. What This Warranty Covers

    This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, W-KING Audio will, at our sole discretion:

    • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
    • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

    3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

    This warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by:

    • Accidental damage (drops, water damage, physical impact).
    • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the user manual instructions.
    • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the casing).
    • Damage caused by non-genuine W-KING accessories.
    • Products without a valid proof of purchase.
    • Products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers or liquidation stores.

    4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

    To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@w-king.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".
    2. Provide Information: Include your order number, purchase channel, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
    3. Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your claim and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
    4. Ship the Product: Send the defective product to the address provided by our team. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be a factory manufacturing defect upon inspection.

    5. Refunds and Exchanges

    This limited warranty does not cover full or partial refunds. For refund requests, please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

    Any replacement unit provided under warranty will inherit the remaining valid warranty duration of the original product.

    6. International Warranty

    This warranty policy is valid for purchases delivered to the United States, Canada, and the European Union. W-KING Audio reserves the right to fulfill international warranty claims through designated local authorized service centers.
