Great little speaker

This speaker bumps proper, it’s very compact and was a good value for what I paid.

We have had this since November 2024.My teenager takes this speakers everywhere even on the quad and in the home renovation sites. It has been dropped, in fridges minus 40 weather and has mud all over it and still works like the day we bought it.We get days sometimes on a charge, and I am so impressed.Absolutely buy this for home or the job site.In a day and age where nothing seems to last, this speaker does.

I am a 67 yr old 70’s classic rock music listener…and to this day I still like loud bass driven music like Pink Floyd. After much research and learning to understand bluetooth speaker specifications, and after reading many reviews, I purchased this W-King Model D8 portable bluetooth speaker for both indoor use and outdoor by my pool. I won’t have to worry about it getting splashed by my grandchildren since it is waterproof! I wanted something with better quality sound, especially bass sound, than previous bluetooth speakers I’ve purchased, but at an affordable price. I didn’t need anything flashy or with neon lights, and this W-King D8 fit that perfectly! I watched many of the review videos, and none of them, nor my own video I am including, does the bass boost sound any justice! I tried recording with my Iphone, Ipad and my GoPro13, and nothing could come close to resembling the clarity and crispness of the music I listen to, and especially the quality of it’s bass boost. As a mid-level range bluetooth speaker, I believe this one meets that standard quality for indoor/outdoor use. I love W-King D8’s design and appearance as smart looking and very durable. The seemingly compact size versus the sound that you hear when it is 3/4 to full volume is amazing! I only wish the volume could be turned up louder…but my wisdom tells me not to hasten the damage to my hearing!

When I purchased this speaker back in 2021 I didn't review it straight away as most will well know by now that you can't trust a book by it's cover and many not-so-well-known electronic brands look great on the outside but have complete junk on the inside which barely makes it past the warranty period.I would normally go for a more mainstream brand such as Anker, but on this occasion I decided to go out on a limb with this W-KING model due to reviews which back then wouldn't have been your run of the mill Ai generated tosh.Fast forward 4 years and I can honestly say I'm still really happy with this speaker. We take it everywhere, including on a paddle board where is constantly gets wet. We use it in the garden all through the summer months and the sound quality is great, lovely bit of bass considering this is the "Mini" model of the range.Battery still holding good charge.Good volume.I can say this is one purchase I don't regret.Solid unit, good weight, great build.So there's finally my review after 4 years.Here's to the next 4.

This is a no brainer: louder and better sound than JBL Flip 5 and 6s (which I have a number of)—and at just over 1/2 the price.I could max out the volume on my JBLs in the kitchen or home gym and they would not be too loud. The W-King gets too loud for me at just over 1/2 way to its max.The sound is crisper and punchier than JBL Flips.One should have realistic expectations about bass from any 7-inch long speaker, however. This one is no different than others and is fine for its size.

I bought this W-King 30W bluetooth speaker in Oct 2022 so that my husband can listen to his music outside on the deck or in the shed. I have downloaded all the music he likes on a 16 GB micro SD card and he can listen to his hearts content. it also has a random mode so it mixes it up for him. He loves it . it can be charged via USB-C ---great little bluetooth speaker for its the compact size 10" w x 4" h you can take it anywhere. It is loud enough for use on the deck, shed or even in the house. It is also easy to connect to the bluetooth to use with your phone. As long as you don't need REALLY loud music this is a great machine. I would recommend it

Ok, here goes. As an ex radio guy, it’s important to know that I love my music. Sometimes, I like it loud. The first picture shows a 12 W Tribit XSound Surf Bluetooth Speaker on top of my W-KING 30 W mini.Please let me explain. I purchased the Tribit last year (from Amazon) for use in my older non Bluetooth car. I really enjoyed it and got great use out of it, however, after time, I needed more Power. I guess I outgrew 12 W.I went back on Amazon to find a Speaker that fit the bill. Enter the W-KING 30 W with all the features I was looking for. Wow, more than double the power, that’s it, I found my next speaker. I sure hope it impresses me. I’m a sharp critic and I was not disappointed. This baby has great sound and really good features. When I need to, I blast it.I had 2 issues, when I put it on my dashboard it slides. Then I think of a way to secure it…Velcro. The second issue was that I felt that it didn’t last long enough before another 3 hr. charge.To sum it up, I’m really happy with this acquisition and it was fairly priced. If you’re looking for decent sound, volume and good Bass, any of the W-King Speakers will not disappoint you, in my humble opinion.“I don’t need a psychiatrist, I just need more music.”

al momento ho 11 speaker bt ,e se conto quelli che mi sono passati per le mani penso di averne provati quasi una trentina e dopo più di un'annondi tentazioni sono riuscito a prendere questo D8 MINI in offerta .Mi piaceva l'aspetto aggressivo ,le dimensioni ,i 30 Watt e la lunga durata della batteria .MA SONO RIMASTO UN PO' DELUSO ,solo un po' però,perché rimane uno speaker eccezionale ...e in fondo alle conclusioni della recensione capirete perché ho scritto un titolo simile .La prima cosa che mi è saltata all'occhio è che non sia rugged (rivestito di gomma) ma il corpo dello speaker è semplice plastica dura che spero resista ad una caduta accidentale ...poi devo dire che in più di due settimane di prova non ho mai raggiunto le 24H di durata della batteria ,anche perché a me piace il volume al max e ciò diminuisce molto la longevità : penso di essere arrivato al massimo ad una quindicina di oreIl suono è molto buono , è corposo e ricco come ci si aspetterebbe da un 30W e dalle dimensioni generose dello speaker e non distorce mai nemmeno al max volume MA ME LO ASPETTAVO PIÙ POTENTE : ho fatto una prova nel piazzale dove lavoro lasciando lo speaker all'angolo opposto al mio non riuscivo a sentire bene la musica ,DRUMNBASS E PSY TRANCE, il suono è meno potente di uno speaker AUKEY che ho da tempo e che ho usato come paragone (lo si vede nelle pics) cambiando le equalizzazioni grazie al tasto apposito si migliora ,ma non riesce a raggiungere la potenza sonora del mio vecchio AUKEY ,che in teoria in termini di waraggio è molto meno potente ....NON FRAITENDETEMI , È UN BUONISSIMO SPEAKER PERFETTO PER LA MUSICA ELETTRONICA sopratutto la psy ,drumnbass ,jungle e tekno ,ma mi aspettavo qualcosina in più per quanto riguarda la potenza pura del suono .FA LA SUA FIGURA COMUNQUE si fa notare e trovo che il manico a tracolla sia molto comodo anche se avrei preferito averlo potuto staccare o attaccare a mio piacimento ,un po' come per il Doss Traveler ,e mi piace che si possa usare in TWS aggiungendone un'altro e che sicuramente migliorerà l'esperienza sonora come succede per la maggioranza degli speaker Soundcore .Non sono riuscito a registrare lo speaker nel sito della W-king e magari per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema se il mio non è un caso isolato .PER CONCLUDERE io non lo comprerei MAI A prezzo intero ,piuttosto per pochi euro di differenza mi prenderei un paio di casse Soundcore per farle funzionare in TWS (e fidatevi ...la Anker sa il fatto suo in musica) ma se trovate il D8 MINI in offerta e volete uno speaker appariscente prendetelo perché comunque non ne rimarrete delusi .

So I researched many models and this one kept coming up the best featured for the $40 price range. I actually paid $39. the price has gone up 2xs since then. I think its at $42 now. Anyway. Others at the same price range had much less wattage....a key reason this kept on the top of the list. And it has other cool options: USP charging port for other devices. And it can be paired with other K-King similar speakers.I use it to stream IHeart radio all the time. At the pool/Around the house. It is a huge improvement for Zoom meetings and all the new shut in viewing reasons we now have.Again best Value for the Watts of power which translates to deep rich clear sound quality

We used this for a street festival at church. I was so nervous that it wouldn’t have enough battery for the whole event, we played that thing pretty loud for four or five hours and it never ran out of juice! It had a surprising amount of sound for a fox that size! We were really pleased with it.I will say our street fact always pretty big and when I walked about 100 feet away it would stop playing because the Bluetooth couldn’t reach. I don’t think it’s a limitation of the speaker, just of the Bluetooth technology. So if you’re doing something similar I suggest running it from a tablet, not a phone. Or something that you can just leave there. It was very easy to sync and use. It has standard size charging cables. We used it in very humid and windy conditions after a rain and the moisture did not cause any problems.I was a little overwhelmed with all of the options for Bluetooth speakers and I ended up going with this one because AI said it was the gold standard in inexpensive speakers.

This is a great speaker for home as well as camping or just on the deck !Lovely sound !

Amazing sound quality. I used this in a large hall with a noisy bouncing castle. The kids were still able to dance to all the tunes! Will recommend.!

This speaker works excellent much better that I even expected. The battery lasts, and the quality of sound is good i have it on my golfcart it replaced the installed system

I Love the sound and quality! I had purchased a similar speaker from a different company and returned it because the sound wasn't good. I was very happy when I received this W-King speaker because the sound is excellent! I have 2 of them now, and I paired them wireless for true TWS (True Wireless Stereo) and they sound great!!
